Peanut Butter Fudge

My husband has a sweet tooth and prefers for me to make dessert every night.

Tonight I made be Peanut Butter Fudge.I found the recipe on www.recipezaar.com ,my favorite recipe website.

This fudge is absolutely delicious just like the title suggests.It literally melts in your mouth.
Its also extremely easy which is a definite bonus for me.

I poured it into a 9X13 Pyrex pan and it was the perfect size.


Delicious Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup water

Directions

1) Combine 1/2 cup water and sugar in a stovetop pan.

2)Cook to full boil for one minute, no longer.

3)Pour water and sugar mixture over peanut butter in a bowl,adding the vanilla and beat until the mixture thickens.

4)Pour into a buttered Pyrex dish and smooth with spoon to make a uniform thickness.

5)Allow the fudge to cool and cut into squares!
